Dr. Rama Saharia Memorial Awards
The awards have been instituted in the memory of Dr Rama Saharia, an educationist who served as Principal of Govt Girls Post-Graduate College at Rampur, besides many other govt colleges. A highly talented person, she was a freelance media writer as well and her articles got published in around 50 newspapers and magazines in English and Hindi.
